Melissa Baker possesses extensive experience in education and human resources. Currently serving as the AVP Account Executive, Career Coach, and Job Placement Advisor at Ignite Recruitment since June 2022, Melissa actively supports both employers and job seekers. In a longstanding role at Horry County Schools since 1999, Melissa has been a Certified Teacher specializing in business-related subjects while also enhancing students’ IT skills. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Carolina Health Specialists, where policy formulation and labor relations were key responsibilities, and Corporate Benefits Counselor at Canal Industries, focusing on benefits plan management.
