Steven Griffith, CPA, CRCM has over four decades of work experience in the accounting and finance industry. Steven is currently serving as the Senior EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Rio Bank since June 2022. Prior to this, Steven worked at RSM US LLP as an Assurance Partner from August 2016 to April 2022. Before joining RSM US LLP, they were an Audit Partner at Padgett, Stratemann & Co., LLP from February 1985 to August 2016. Steven's career began as an Auditor at Chorpening, Jungmann & Co. from January 1980 to February 1985.

Steven Griffith, CPA, CRCM has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Steven also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) obtained in March 1981 from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) obtained in October 2012 from the American Bankers Association. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Accountancy (MA) degree, which is expected to be completed in December 2023, from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
