Abigail Lucero is a seasoned mortgage professional with a robust background in various mortgage roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Rio Grande Credit Union since August 2023, Abigail has previously held significant positions including Mortgage Sales Manager at Kirtland Credit Union, Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at First Financial Credit Union, and Mortgage Loan Officer at Kirtland Federal Credit Union. Abigail's expertise lies in generating mortgage loan applications, reviewing and analyzing loan decisions, preparing and closing loan documents, and providing credit counseling to ensure members' credit needs are met effectively.

Rio Grande Credit Union was started by City of Albuquerque employees in 1953. Since that time, we have merged with San Ignacio Credit Union and the Albuquerque VA Federal Credit Union and New Mexico Central Credit Union. In addition to these fine organizations, we also serve employees, volunteers, residents and members of numerous companies, nonprofit organizations and neighborhood associations.
