Richard Sherman

Richard Sherman, CISM, has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the AVP of IT at Rio Grande Credit Union since May 2014, where oversight includes managing a team of system administrators and technicians to support over 100 employees across five locations. Prior to this role, Richard served as Director of IT for the United States Air Force, managing a team of military personnel and contractors for the 58th Special Operations Wing Network and overseeing the IT needs of more than 2,000 users. Richard's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Cyber Security from the University of Maryland University College, a Master of Arts in Management Information Systems from Webster University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
