Jaimin Modi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry. Jaimin started their career as a Project Manager at Paramount Medical Associates in 2008. Jaimin later worked as a Project Manager and Administrative Intern at The Methodist Hospital from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they became a Project Manager (Level 3) at Regional West Medical Center.
Jaimin then joined HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake in 2017 as an Associate Administrator and Ethics and Compliance Officer. Jaimin later served as an Associate COO at HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland from 2019 to 2021. Jaimin also served as a Vice President of Operations at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake from 2021 to 2023.
Jaimin has also had significant experience at HCA Healthcare, where they held various roles including Hospital Executive, AVP Strategy & Planning, and Director of Project Management. Jaimin was part of HCA Healthcare's Executive Development Program from 2022 to 2022.
In addition to their roles in healthcare organizations, Jaimin also served as a Board Member at the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce from 2020 to 2021.
Currently, Jaimin holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Rio Grande Regional Hospital, which they started in 2023.
Jaimin Modi completed their education with a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Jaimin attended this institution from 2007 to 2009. Prior to their Masters degree, Jaimin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from North Gujarat University. Jaimin attended this university from 2001 to 2005. Furthermore, Jaimin also achieved a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2012.
