Rick M. Munder II has extensive experience in law enforcement training and education, currently serving as an Instructional Facilitator with the South Bay Regional Public Safety Training Consortium since May 2021, where responsibilities include evaluating the Quality Assessment Program for California P.O.S.T. Concurrently, Rick is the Founder and CEO of The ThreeOneFour Group, and an Instructional Facilitator at multiple institutions including Rio Hondo College, Riverside County Sheriff's Office, Santa Ana College, and Orange County Sheriff's Department, all since various dates in 2023. Prior experience includes founding RM2 & Associates, providing consulting services from August 2016 to January 2024, and serving as a Police Sergeant with the City of Monterey Park from December 1989 to May 2021 before retirement. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute & University.
