Samantha Lim

Samantha Lim, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Group Manager of Genesis Operations at Hyundai Motor America since August 2019, with previous roles including Senior Manager and Manager of Customer Experience Strategy & Integration. Lim oversees strategy development for Dealer Channel, Customer Satisfaction, and Training while collaborating with North American subsidiaries and Hyundai Motor Company. In addition to automotive industry experience, Lim has been an Adjunct Business Instructor at Rio Hondo College since August 2016, teaching courses in Business Management, Digital Marketing, and Business Capstone. Lim’s prior experience includes various managerial and analytical roles at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. from September 2001 to August 2019. Lim earned an MBA in Organizational Leadership & Management from Brandman University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, along with leadership training from the Disney Institute.
