Shane Beatty

Shane Beatty is an accomplished educator and coach with extensive experience in business and volleyball. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Syracuse University and Rio Hondo College, Shane also holds the position of International Business Program Director at Fairmont Preparatory Academy, where responsibilities include assistant athletic director and boys volleyball coach. Previous roles include coaching positions at CA Volleyball, St. John Bosco High School, and Team Rockstar, alongside significant contributions at Fairmont Private Schools and Long Beach City College. In addition to coaching, Shane has amassed a wealth of knowledge through academic achievements, earning an MBA in Global Management and Leadership from Holy Names University and a BA in Business and Management with a concentration in Sports Management from Hope International University.
