Bolong Wu is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management, structural engineering, and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Advisor for Rio Tinto on the Oyu Tolgoi Underground Expansion Project in Mongolia, Bolong has a significant track record in risk management and adherence to industry standards. Previous roles include Steelwork Fabrication Manager for Bam International, Engineering and QA/QC Superintendent for Alcoa overseeing a major conveyor system project, and Project Package Engineer for BAM Clough JV on the Inpex Ichthys project. Bolong also held senior engineering positions with RCR Tomlinson and Programmed Construction on major mining projects in Australia. Bolong earned a Master’s degree in Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Structural from the University of Sydney.
