Helen Chen

Helen Chen is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a diverse background in major infrastructure projects. Holding a Master of Business Administration from The University of Queensland, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, earned in 1996 from the same institution, Helen has held various key roles since beginning their career in 1999. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and previously as Project Manager at Rio Tinto since November 2008, notable achievements include leading cost control for the $2.1B North South Bypass Tunnel at Leighton Contractors and working on significant projects such as the $1.0B Epping to Chatswood Rail Line Project with Thiess.
