Jennifer Dyson

Jennifer Dyson is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in supporting senior leadership within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Rio Tinto since December 2024, Jennifer previously held the position of Senior Executive Assistant to the Founder & Chairman at ECARX, a NASDAQ-listed company recognized for transforming vehicles into integrated information and communications devices. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as an Executive Assistant at Smiths Group plc, a FTSE 100 global technology leader, from November 2016 to June 2022. Jennifer's career began with various Executive Assistant roles, supporting Global CEOs from October 2006 to October 2016. Jennifer holds a B.Sc degree from Swansea University.
