Josie Strazza

Josie Strazza is an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in payroll management and transformation. Currently serving as the Global Payroll Process Lead for the WorkDay Program at Rio Tinto since July 2023, Josie previously held the role of Payroll Manager at Merck Canada from August 2011 to July 2023. With earlier experience at ADP as Operations Manager and Manager of Client Services from March 1998 to August 2011, and as Assistant Controller at Bertolli Canada from May 1992 to September 1997, Josie has developed extensive expertise in payroll operations and client service management. Josie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from McGill University, earned between 1989 and 1992.
