Michelle A. Lee

Michelle A. Lee currently serves as Principal Adviser at Rio Tinto, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Michelle held the role of Head of Americas at The Woolmark Company from July 2012 to November 2020, and worked as an Associate at Brunswick Group from August 2010 to July 2012. Michelle also served as Director of Media and Public Affairs at the Australian Consulate General between February 2004 and August 2010, as well as an Account Executive at Dix & Eaton from 2001 to 2003. Early in the career, Michelle worked as a Journalist at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation from 1996 to 1999. Educationally, Michelle is currently pursuing a program in Digital Strategy through Harvard Business School Executive Education and holds an MBA in International Business from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Queensland University of Technology.
