Sanchit Sharma

Sanchit Sharma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and transition leadership within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director - Transitions at Rio Tinto since October 2019, Sanchit has held various influential roles including Transition Lead and Manager - BPO Partnership & Analysis. Prior to this, Sanchit was employed at Genpact as a Senior Transition Manager and at Accenture as an IT Project Manager. Sanchit's career commenced at TSYS as a Problem Manager, facilitating critical incident management for major clients such as Barclaycard and Axis Bank. Sanchit also gained experience as a Major Incident Manager at Steria and as a Resolution Expert at Dell International Services. Sanchit holds an MBA in Marketing & HR from FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
