Shane Haddow

Shane Haddow is an experienced electrical and project management professional with a diverse background in the mining and electrical sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor for shut down productivity at Rio Tinto since January 2022, Shane has developed a systematic approach to defect resolution and coordinated significant project changes. Previously, Shane held the position of Managing Director at Haddow Electrical and worked with BHP Billiton as a Water Technician, overseeing water supply systems and conducting maintenance on various electrical equipment. Additional roles include Leading Hand Electrician positions at Southern Cross Electrical Engineering and Nilsen Group, as well as an Electrician at Downer, where Shane achieved a productivity rate of 115%. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management and multiple certifications in electrical and instrumentation technology.
