Srdjan Gavrilovic

Srdjan Gavrilovic has extensive experience in management and strategic roles across diverse sectors, focusing on energy, mining, and investment. At Rio Tinto from January 2017 to January 2023, Srdjan served as Manager of the E-mobility Ecosystem, where responsibilities included shaping the strategy for e-mobility and incorporating battery technologies and green energy solutions into broader industrialization efforts. Additionally, Srdjan managed the commercial aspects of the Jadar Lithium Project, engaging stakeholders and aligning project activities with EU policies. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at METALFER Invest, overseeing consulting and investment initiatives in power and mining, and as an Advisor to the President at MK Group, where Srdjan enhanced synergy across various company sectors. Srdjan's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Westminster and an Executive Program in International Relations and Economy from the University of California San Diego.
