Youssef Osman, EIT, currently serves as a Climatebase Founding Fellow at Climatebase, a role that highlights participation among 150 inaugural fellows in a program designed to accelerate careers in the climate sector. Youssef's experience includes working as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia from January to April 2020, and founding a multidisciplinary sub-team within UBC Sustaining Engineering, where involvement focused on sustainability-related engineering design competitions and the promotion of women in STEM. Additional contributions include serving as a Recovery Team member for UBC Rocket, where design enhancements improved the recovery system for the Cypress rocket during the Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition. Youssef holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Integrated Engineering from The University of British Columbia, which was pursued after initial studies at Carleton University.
