Meredith Vlitas, MES, serves as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Marketing at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust since March 2017, leading a team focused on enhancing branding and marketing strategies for income-producing properties. Successful initiatives include driving brand value, supporting retailer sales, and enhancing customer experience. Prior roles include Director of Corporate Marketing at RioCan, National Manager of Asset Marketing & Digital Strategy at Oxford Properties Group, and Senior Marketing Director at Cadillac Fairview. With over 25 years of experience in marketing and branding across various sectors, Meredith holds a Master’s in Environmental Studies from York University and a Bachelor’s in Urban Development from Western University, alongside a Bachelor’s in Geography. Current commitments include co-chairing the REALPAC Marketing Committee and mentoring for the ICSC and RioCan.
