Alisa Lask

Alisa Lask has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Alisa is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Rion Aesthetics, a company that focuses on regenerative aesthetics and skincare. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Rion and as the Director of the Board of Directors at both CollPlant and Nephros.

Before joining Rion, Alisa held significant positions at Galderma, where they were the VP & General Manager of US Aesthetics and later the VP of Marketing. During their time at Galderma, they led multiple FDA approvals and launches, as well as sales force expansions.

Alisa's previous experiences include working at Allergan, Zimmer Biomet, and Eli Lilly and Company in various strategic marketing and sales roles. Alisa also served as a District Manager at Aldi, where they managed multiple grocery stores and implemented effective programs to enhance forecasting, cash management, inventory control, and productivity. Overall, Alisa Lask has a diverse range of experience in the healthcare and consumer goods sectors.

Alisa Lask pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University from 1989 to 1993. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing between 1996 and 1998.
