Scott McCrea, MBA has extensive work experience in the healthcare and beauty industry. Scott currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at Rion, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Galderma as the Director of Commercial Development for Aesthetics in North America from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they were at Nestlé Skin Health for a significant part of their career, where they held various roles including Director of Commercial Development for North America from 2017 to 2017, Director of Business Development - Global from 2009 to 2016, Senior Brand Marketing Manager from 2004 to 2008, Senior Marketing Research Analyst from 2002 to 2004, and Pharmaceutical Sales Representative from 1998 to 2001.

Scott McCrea, MBA obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Scott further pursued their education by completing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Houston, from 1994 to 1997.
