Dale Strong is a designer who is currently working at RIOS. Dale has previously worked at Leong Leong, Zago Architecture, and Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc).

At Leong Leong, Dale worked on designing the Anita May Rosenstein Campus for the LA LGBT Center, the AAFE Center for Community and Entrepreunership, a toolkit for a newer age, NEWFAR, TOPO, and Separation Addition.

At Zago Architecture, Dale worked on the 2013 Pacific Standard Time exhibit - A Culture of Heretics: The Architecture Gallery, 1979, Taichung Cultural Center Competition with Jonah Rowen, and Kinmen Port Terminal Competition.

At Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), Dale was an Adjunct Faculty for Visual Studies Instructor for first year undergraduate students, Visual Studies Co-Instructor with Emily White for second year undergraduate students, and Visual Studies Co-Instructor with Anna Neimark for first year graduate students. Dale was also a Teaching Assistant in 2010.

Dale Strong completed their Master of Architecture at the Southern California Institute of Architecture. They also have a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.

They are on a team with Aaron Lee - Designer, Izzy Ospina - Designer, and Chris Skeens - Senior Project Designer. Their manager is Jonathan Black, Senior Director, Applied Design.
