Shelby McKenzie has extensive experience in operations, sales support, and accounts management, spanning over two decades. Currently, Shelby serves as the SE FM Sales/Support Ops Manager for ARC Document Solutions, overseeing operations and sales support in Regions 3 and 4. Previous roles include positions at Riot Creative Imaging and Corvette Village, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed office management and customer service. Shelby's career also features significant achievements in accounts payable management at Goldleaf Financial Solutions, responsible for high-volume invoice processing and paving the way for automation enhancements. Shelby's expertise in billing and collections was further developed at both Digitel Corporation and Infor Global Solutions. An early career in the US Navy honed leadership skills, complemented by a supportive educational foundation from Cross Keys High School.
