Adam Van den Boom is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in the gaming and esports industries. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter for Executive Search at Riot Games since April 2021, Adam focuses on filling Director-level and senior positions across the organization. Previously, Adam was a Senior Recruiter for Global Esports at Riot, leading recruiting efforts for major titles such as League of Legends and VALORANT. Adam's prior experience includes a tenure at Blizzard Entertainment as a Senior Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed esports initiatives for the Overwatch League and Call of Duty League, along with broader company roles. Adam also worked as a Recruiter at Twitch during a period of rapid growth post-acquisition by Amazon, and began a career in recruitment as an Associate Recruiter at RUSSELL | TOBIN & Associates.
