Allisyn Ruttle is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the gaming and technology industries. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Riot Games since March 2025, Allisyn previously held positions as Lead Recruiter at Proof of Play and Elodie Games, where initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, equity, and employee engagement were key achievements. Allisyn began the recruiting journey as a Recruiting Coordinator at Laserfiche and Riot Games, contributing to significant process improvements and innovative hiring strategies. An alumnus of Pitzer College, Allisyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and has a well-rounded background in guest services and talent acquisition.
