Davin Pavlas

Davin Pavlas is an experienced professional in the field of human factors psychology, holding a Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida, obtained between 2003 and 2010. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Strategic Advisory at Riot Games, Davin has previously held positions including Director of Insights and Research Manager within the same company. Prior to joining Riot Games, Davin worked as a Senior Web Games Analyst at Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc., and as a Research Associate at the Institute for Simulation & Training.
