Sara Lee

Sara Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical production and project management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Technical Production at Riot Games, Sara leads operations for software build and release processes within VALORANT Studios. Previous roles span diverse industries, including significant positions at The Boeing Company, where Sara managed cross-functional teams and integrated processes for major aircraft programs. Notable achievements include transforming a failing project into a successful 3D visualization system and advancing the Player Platform to support multiple games and platforms. Education includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Seattle University and additional certifications in Project Management.
