Tom Nguyen

Tom Nguyen serves as the Director of Product Management for Publishing R&D at Riot Games since May 2024. Previous experiences include Global Director of Brand & Creative at Dreamhaven, where significant contributions involved publishing games and leading brand development for several partner studios. As Senior Director of Marketing at 100 Thieves, Tom played a role in reshaping gaming culture through innovative marketing teams and strategies. At Electronic Arts, Tom was the Global Director for EA Brand Marketing, overseeing high-profile campaigns and initiatives. Notably, Tom was a Brand Lead at Riot Games during the inception of VALORANT, establishing its global brand identity and executing launch campaigns. Early career highlights include digital marketing for Red Bull, where Tom was integral in launching Red Bull eSports. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Marketing from UC San Diego.
