Dan Purgason

Dan Purgason is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and marketing within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Research at RIPCO since January 2020, Dan oversees listings and tenant data systems with a strong focus on retail tenant research. Prior to this role, Dan spent over a decade at Winick Realty Group as Director of Marketing and Research, where expertise in database management and creating targeted retailer lists for brokers was demonstrated. Dan's earlier positions include Marketing Manager at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Executive Assistant at Kaylor Management Inc., showcasing versatility in both administrative and strategic roles. Educationally, Dan holds a Master of Music degree in English horn from The Juilliard School and a Bachelor of Music degree in Performance - oboe from Missouri State University.
