Ron Sorisho

As COO Ron is responsible for Ripcord's expansion to new and international markets. Ron brings a wealth of both public and private company experience, leading Finance, Operations, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Legal, IT and Business Analytics. Prior to Ripcord, Ron led two venture backed companies to successful exits, guided two of the top five global electronics manufacturers to achieve significant growth in top-line and profitability. Helped establish revenue recognition guidelines and compliance for one of the largest software companies in the world. He has raised over $300 million in capital and completed over $5.5 billion private and public company acquisitions. Ron will focus on Ripcord’s annual and long term planning, decision support, business insights and analytics.
