Cecilia Dabdoub

Cecilia Dabdoub is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, emerging technologies, start-ups, and venture capital. Cecilia currently serves as the Legal Lead for Brazil at Ripio since June 2022. Previously, Cecilia held the position of In-House Counsel - Secondee at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for six months and was the Chief Executive Officer at Ladetel from May 2011 to February 2022. Additional roles include Head of Legal at Maná Consórcio, various legal positions at Felsberg Advogados, Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados, and MAR ventures. Cecilia's expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions, corporate consultancy, contract drafting, intellectual property, and initial public offerings (IPOs). Academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Financial and Capital Markets from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito de Franca.
