James Dunbar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery, project management, and customer success within the technology sector. Currently serving as Head of Delivery at Ripjar and Head of Professional Services - EMEA at Napier, James previously held leadership roles at Titian Software, Arachnys, and BAE Systems Detica, where expertise in managing complex delivery organizations and driving customer success was demonstrated.
