Tom Lansdall-Welfare

Tom Lansdall-Welfare has extensive work experience in the field of machine learning and engineering. Tom started their career as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Bristol in 2010, then transitioned to become a Research Associate in Machine Learning in 2013. In 2018, they joined Ripjar as a Machine Learning Engineer and later progressed to a Senior Full Stack Engineer role. Tom further advanced to become the Operational Engineering Tech Lead and eventually the Machine Learning Tech Lead at Ripjar.

Tom Lansdall-Welfare earned their MEng in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Bristol, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Tom further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a PhD in Computer Science from 2010 to 2015.
