Cole Underwood

Cole Underwood is a seasoned professional in sports turf management and stadium operations, currently serving as Sports Turf Manager at Ripken Baseball since February 2022. Underwood's experience includes roles as Stadium Operations and Grounds Manager for the Daytona Tortugas Professional Baseball and Operations Assistant at Ripken Baseball. A solid foundation in operational tasks was built through internships with teams such as the Tennessee Smokies Baseball, Aberdeen IronBirds, and Pulaski Yankees, gaining expertise in field maintenance, pre-game preparations, and general operations across various levels of professional baseball. Cole Underwood graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Tusculum University in 2019.
