Inca Dieterich, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their career began in 2011 as a Research Collaborator at the University of California, Los Angeles, where they collaborated with international research institutes and published a bilingual publication on genetic variability and plant population dynamics.

In 2012, Dieterich worked as an Independent Research Intern at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and as an R&D Research Associate at Idaho Bioscience. These roles provided them with valuable research experience in different settings.

In 2015, Dieterich joined the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Biochemical Neuroscientist and earned their PhD. They managed multiple projects, resulting in several high-impact scientific publications and oral presentations at international conferences. They also mentored and led new students and undergraduates, earning the Neuroscience Teaching Fellowship.

From 2019 to 2020, Dieterich worked as a Consultant & Board Member at WiSolve, further developing their expertise in the field. In 2020, they joined ARCH Venture Partners as an Associate and later became a VentureLabs Fellow at Flagship Pioneering.

In 2021, Dieterich co-founded Rippl Care and assumed the role of Co-Founder and VP of Strategy & Innovation. They continued their entrepreneurial journey in 2022 by co-founding Vilya and assuming the role of Head of Strategy & Business Operations. They also served as a Board Observer at Feelmore Labs.

Throughout their career, Inca Dieterich, PhD, has demonstrated their expertise in research, strategy, innovation, and operations within the scientific and venture capital fields.

Inca Dieterich, PhD has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Occidental College. Additionally, Inca Dieterich earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
