Macy Welch

Macy Welch's work experience includes roles at Rippl Care, Treehouse, and Fred Hutch. Macy is currently working as a Project Specialist at Rippl Care since 2022. In 2022, they also served as a Summer Research Intern at Treehouse, where they conducted interviews and researched relevant legislation for a project on mental and behavioral health for youth in the foster care system. Macy'searlier experience includes working as a High School Intern at Fred Hutch in 2017, where they coauthored an R package to analyze clinical trial data under the supervision of Dr. Vicky Wu.

Macy Welch began their education journey in 2018 at the University of Washington. From 2018 to 2022, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health. During the same time period, they also obtained a minor in Anthropology from the University of Washington. In January 2022, Macy Welch received certification in Human Subjects Research from the CITI Program.
