Paula Blanchard, CHW, CEOLS, AHCA

Paula Blanchard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paula currently works as a Care Coordinator at Rippl Care since October 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at MultiCare Health System from 2018 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Assistant Program Manager and Ambulatory Care Navigator. In these roles, they collaborated with healthcare providers, developed workflow procedures, improved operations, and communicated with legal and social services providers. From 2013 to 2022, Paula worked as an Advanced Home Care Aide at DSHS Aging and Disability/Advanced Healthcare, where they assisted disabled individuals while promoting independence and safety. Paula also worked as a PAR at Kaiser Permanente from 2017 to 2018, where they accessed patient information, supported hospital operations, and engaged with patients and their families. Earlier in their career, Paula worked as a Medical Assistant at PEC and Nuclear Medicine from 2006 to 2014, performing diagnostic testing, assessing vital signs, and triaging patients. Paula also served as Director at Children's World Learning Center from 1989 to 2005, implementing strategies for employee management, revenue growth, and staff development.

Paula Blanchard has an Associate's degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Clover Park Technical College.
