Alexa Rodriguez

Alexa Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and leadership roles, currently serving as a Specialty Care Navigator at Whitman-Walker Health since January 2019. In addition to this role, Alexa is the Founder, CEO, and Executive Director of Trans-Latinx DMV, championing advocacy and support for the trans community. Previous roles include Consultant/Faculty for the Transgender Strategy Center, where Alexa contributed to leadership development and organizational support for trans-led initiatives. Prior to these roles, Alexa worked as a Health IMPACT Specialist at the DC Department of Health and as a Youth Program Coordinator at La Clinica del Pueblo. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Carlos Rosario International Charter School and prior studies in Accounting and Finance in El Salvador.
