Janet Obrock

Janet Obrock serves as the Vice President of PMO at Ripple Fiber, focusing on end-to-end workflow management, strategic leadership, governance, and portfolio management. With extensive experience at Zayo Group, Janet held several leadership positions, including Senior Director of Netex Planning & Optimization, overseeing off-net access networks across North America and the UK. Prior roles at Verizon and WorldCom involved significant contributions to access network planning, optimization projects, and team leadership in data integrity. Janet holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Oklahoma State University, as well as an Associate’s degree in Pre-Law from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College.
