Michael Byrum

Michael Byrum is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and technical support. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Ripple Fiber since April 2023, Michael previously held roles as a Field Engineer and Network Support Specialist at Renewable Energy Integration Group, LLC. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Field Service Technician at Charter Communications, focusing on broadband equipment service and maintenance. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Implementation at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, responsible for new store openings and staffing strategies, and as Service Manager at Firestone Complete Auto Care, where leadership and team development were key responsibilities. Michael also has an educational background from Central Piedmont Community College.
