Charlie Gorman

Charlie Gorman has over thirty years of experience in operations and supply chain management. Charlie began their career as a Plant Manager at ConAgra Foods in 1992 and later worked in various roles within the company, including Operations Business Director and Director of Manufacturing. In 2003, they became the Senior Director of Operations Business at Conagra, leading the operations business team for the snacks platform. Charlie then served as Vice President of Operations at Conagra Brands, overseeing manufacturing responsibilities for multiple plants. Most recently, Charlie held the role of Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Ripple Foods, demonstrating expertise in managing global supply chain operations.

Charlie Gorman attended the University of Minnesota, starting in 1983. Charlie pursued a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management.
