Abdallah Mukalled

Abdallah Mukalled is a seasoned legal and policy professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Policy Manager for the Middle East and Africa at Ripple since February 2024, Abdallah previously held the position of Policy Manager at Kuaishou Technology, where responsibilities included leading policy analysis and ensuring compliance in the MENA region. With a solid background as a Senior Legal Officer at the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department, Abdallah provided strategic legal advice and contributed to new regulations. Additionally, experience includes managing client relationships at Thomson Reuters and public policy consulting for Deloitte & Touche. Abdallah holds a BSc in Biology from the American University of Beirut, a Graduate Diploma of Law, and a Legal Practice Course in Corporate Law from The College of Law.
