Desmond Fang

Desmond Fang is a UX Researcher at Ripple, focusing on B2B blockchain payments solutions since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading research, advising partners, and establishing UX research operations. Previously, Desmond held positions as a UX Research Associate at Ripple, contributing to various product verticals, and as a User Experience Research Intern at Varian, influencing oncology product development through generative and evaluative research. Desmond has also worked as a User Experience Research Associate at Bentley University, leading a telehealth research project, and contributed to landscape architecture as a Landscape Architect II and Designer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from Utah State University.
