Marina Kostioutchenko

Marina Kostioutchenko is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product at Ripple since November 2023, Marina previously held the position of Product Lead at Protocol Labs from July 2021 to October 2023, where significant achievements included enhancing developer tools and driving a 30% increase in developer engagement. Prior to this, Marina was a Group Product Manager at Earnest LLC, where the launch of the Private Student Loans product generated substantial annual revenue. Earlier in the career, Marina consulted for corporate clients at McKinsey & Company and held various product management roles at organizations such as Nutmeg, Nubank Brasil, NerdWallet, and TD Securities.
