Masahi Okuyama

Masahi Okuyama is an Executive Officer and General Counsel at SBI Holdings, and is the CEO of SBI Ripple Asia. Since joining SBI, he has supervised many global investments, joint ventures, and M&A transactions across a variety of verticals. Currently, he oversees legal affairs related to cross-border payments.

Masahi has deep experience in the compliance and legal fields. After starting his career at Kobe Steel Group where he worked in the compliance division, he became a licensed attorney at Taft Stettinius and Hollister LLP, a US law firm, before joining SBI.
