Matthew Welch

Matthew Welch is the Head of Technical Recruiting at Ripple since March 2016. With a background in engineering, Matthew has experience in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion efforts, and expanding Ripple globally across multiple international offices. Prior to Ripple, Matthew worked at Robert Walters specializing in engineering recruitment, and also has experience in technical recruiting at Prodigy Resources. Matthew has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
