Nadium Jinnah

Nadium Jinnah is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Director and Senior Counsel at Ripple since May 2021, Nadium previously held the position of Corporate Counsel for Payments at Amazon from March 2017 to April 2019. Nadium's background includes significant tenure at Morrison & Foerster LLP as an Associate from September 2007 to February 2017, with a focus on representing financial institutions in complex transactions and drafting intricate legal documentation. Earlier experience includes an internship with the Chambers of the Honorable Vice-Chancellor Donald F. Parsons, Jr., and an internship at Merrill Lynch. Nadium Jinnah holds a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor's degree in Economics and History from Trinity College Dublin.
