Susan Hendrick

Susan Hendrick is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Since May 2021, Susan serves as the Senior Director of Communications at Ripple. Previously, Susan held significant positions at Uber, including Federal Communications Lead and Safety Communications from May 2016 to May 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Public Affairs and Press Secretary at FEMA from December 2014 to May 2016, Deputy Press Secretary at the US Department of Transportation from June 2012 to November 2014, and Senior Associate at Burson-Marsteller from November 2009 to June 2012. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Columbia University and a Master of Arts in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University.
