Yancey Larochelle-Williams

Yancey Larochelle-Williams is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Ripple since June 2022, with a robust background in managing technical programs and operationalizing processes to enhance customer communication. Previously, Yancey served for a decade at VMware Workspace ONE, leading multiple initiatives aimed at improving engineering efficiency and fostering employee engagement as a co-lead for the Black@VMware Atlanta site. Early career experiences include roles at Modis in talent sourcing, Staples as an Easy Tech Associate, and Moby Enterprises Inc as an Associate Producer.
