Sandra Martinez , M.Ed., MCT

Sandra Martinez's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. Sandra is currently working as a Client Success Director at RippleEffects since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Dallas Independent School District, where they held multiple positions. From February 2022 to April 2023, they served as the Manager of Social and Emotional Learning, leading a team responsible for implementing evidence-based programs and practices districtwide. From July 2020 to February 2022, they worked as the Family Engagement Coordinator, SEL, focusing on developing partnerships and communication with families. From November 2019 to July 2020, they served as an Instructional/Transformation Specialist, Early Learning, collaborating with educators to enhance student achievement.

Before their time at Dallas Independent School District, Sandra worked as an Educator at Mansfield ISD from August 2015 to November 2019 and at Dallas Independent School District from August 2011 to August 2015.

Their earlier work experience includes roles at Brink's Inc, where they worked as a Pricing and Contract Specialist from September 2008 to August 2011, and at Gaylord Hotels, where they were an Administrative Manager from October 2007 to August 2008. Sandra started their career at Dallas Mavericks as a Special Projects Manager in the Marketing & Communications department from September 2000 to October 2007, where they focused on PR events and programs.

Sandra Martinez, M.Ed., MCT completed their Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Communication, General at Dallas Baptist University. Sandra then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum and Instruction at The University of Texas at Arlington.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sandra has obtained several certifications. Sandra holds a Mindfulness Training Certificate from the Dallas Yoga Center Inc, which they earned in March 2021. Sandra is also certified in Bilingual education, Early Childhood-6th grade (EC-6), and Language Other Than English (LOTE) - Spanish by the Texas Education Agency.
