Solu Nwanze is an experienced leader with a strong background in business operations and transformation. As the Founder and CEO of Teams Who Win since 2016, Solu focuses on empowering senior tech leaders through transformative leadership programs. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Business Operations, Transformation and Enablement at Zendesk, where Solu led organizational effectiveness initiatives for a 2,700-employee team and drove significant growth. Other key roles include Senior Director and Chief of Staff at Zendesk, Head of Business Operations at Adobe, and various positions at Dell and Dialogic. Solu's educational credentials include an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Additionally, Solu contributed to the Texas McCombs School of Business as a guest lecturer in executive leadership and served on the board of Housing and Economic Rights Advocates.
